Step into an exciting opportunity serving children and adolescents across a diverse school environment! This rewarding, full-time position is designed for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist, offering a contract-to-hire track and the chance to work with students from PreK through 12th grade. Enjoy a consistent daily schedule from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the academic year running from August through late May.

You'll engage with a manageable caseload of around 75 students, spanning three school sites including preschools and providing support in students’ homes within the community. This role is ideal for professionals confident in their skills with school-aged populations and eager to make a meaningful impact in speech and language development.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current CCC’s or valid State Department of Education (SDE) Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple school sites and community settings
  • Skillful management of a diverse caseload ranging from preschoolers to high school seniors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adaptability to serve both on-campus and community-based needs
  • Commitment to positive outcomes for children and families

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement speech-language treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Travel between multiple sites and community homes within proximity
