Installer Service Specialist

Position Overview Installer Service Specialist – Experienced and technical parts specialist who services professional customers through the store’s installer counter. The role oversees delivery specialist activity to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Compensation Pay Range: $11.41 - $20.30 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Responsibilities Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships. Take customer orders quickly and accurately over the phone and online, invoice orders, and manage pick and staging of parts for delivery. Route delivery specialists to ensure consistent and timely order delivery. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced, inspected on time, and daily mileages are entered into fleet management devices. Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers. Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store. Ensure pickup and credit of new core and warranty returns in a timely manner. Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and accurately tag or label returns. Assist at front counter and retail counter as needed; assist with backroom duties, auto-loading, returns, stock, etc. Assist with customer labor claims, processing them quickly and efficiently. Complete all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong background in mechanics. Above average communication skills. Hands‑on knowledge of automotive repairs preferred. Ase certification desired. Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired. Benefits & Compensation Package Competitive wages and paid time off.
