We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee customer projects from quotation through delivery while serving as the key link between customers, manufacturers, sales teams, and operations.This position is ideal for professionals with experience in project coordination, customer support, construction, infrastructure, utility, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.ResponsibilitiesManage projects throughout the entire order lifecycleCoordinate project schedules and delivery timelinesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with customers regarding project status and lead timesCoordinate with manufacturers, warehouse teams, and internal departmentsResolve project issues and delivery challenges proactivelyMaintain project documentation and reportingEnsure projects are delivered on time and within expectationsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree with 3+ years of experience or 5+ years of related experienceStrong project coordination and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience supporting infrastructure, utility, transportation, or construction projectsERP or CRM experience including SAP or SalesforceExperience reviewing project specifications and drawingsGood Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
