Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional project management services. Your role will involve planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing projects while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven track record in retail project management, preferably in commercial real estate.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Experience with SmartSheet and a background in commercial real estate is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in a related field.

- Experience in sectors like office, retail, industrial, and healthcare.

- Expertise in change management and innovation.
