Overnight Front Desk Receptionist - Full time Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Overnight Front Desk Receptionist is a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests. This position reports to the Front Office Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position. Key Elements of the Job Handle the check-in process in an efficient and engaging manner, personalizing the experience for each guest Ascertain guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest during the check-out process. Follow a detailed process in each transaction that assures guest room type, preferences and billing are accurate Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel. Make change, cashes checks, exchange foreign currency and reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
