Quick Facts Location: DuBois, PA Start Date: 09/08/2026 End Date: 03/09/2027 Shift: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a) Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: PA state license, DEA, ACLS, Board Certification in Urology Experience: 1-2 years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $2808.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with state/federal laws What You ll Do Provide specialized urological care for adult patients in a busy hospital setting Support inpatient care with rounding and emergency procedures, as needed Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, and kidney stone treatment Collaborate with support staff including Urology PA and inpatient team Respond to emergencies, including rare cases like torsion of testicle Document patient encounters electronically using Cerner (inpatient) and GE Centricity (outpatient) Assist with consultations in collaboration with emergency and other clinical teams What You Need Required: PA state medical license (will accept IMLC) Board Certification in Urology ACLS certification 1-2 years Urology experience preferred Preferred: Experience with inpatient rounding and procedures Ability to handle emergency surgeries and acute cases About the Assignment This contract role supports inpatient Urology services at a Level II Trauma hospital, supporting adult patients across multiple outpatient and inpatient settings. The facility serves as a hub for surrounding area facilities including Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville. The role involves direct patient care, procedures, and emergency response, with an emphasis on quality and compassionate care.
