Imaging Dispatcher & Procurement Coordinator Heritage Imaging | Remote/Hybrid (Pacific Northwest Area Preferred) | Full-Time | $22–$26/hour

We're looking for an  Imaging Dispatcher & Procurement Coordinator who thrives on organization, loves solving logistical puzzles, and wants their work to make a difference. This is a fully remote role where no two days look the same, and your fingerprints are on every piece of the operation.

 
What You'll Do

You'll be the hub of our Imaging Service team — keeping schedules tight, parts moving, engineers informed, and customers in the loop.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Coordinating daily and weekly schedules for our MRI and PET/CT Field Service Engineers
• Tracking work orders and keeping Clinical Operations, Service teams, and customers connected
• Managing freight logistics: shipments, returns, parts deliveries — so nothing falls through the cracks
• Supporting procurement: sourcing, purchasing, and following up with vendors
• Maintaining accurate records in MaintainX, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
• Keeping inventory and imaging asset tracking running smoothly
• Jumping into an on-call rotation every third week for after-hours coordination

What You Bring

• 2+ years in dispatching, field service coordination, procurement, or operations
• Solid command of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• You're organized, adaptable, and communicate like a pro
• You can work independently and stay cool when priorities shift fast

Bonus points for:

• Background in medical imaging, healthcare, or technical services
• Experience with CMMS platforms like MaintainX
• Familiarity with MRI/PET/CT terminology
• Freight coordination or parts procurement experience

The Details

Remote work from home office — Pacific Northwest area preferred

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST
On-call rotation every third week
Two-week onsite onboarding when you start (we want to set you up right)
Room to grow — cross-training and expanded responsibilities as you settle in
