Leading paid social strategy and execution for multiple B2B client accounts, the full-time Senior Manager, Paid Social will manage complex programs, guide campaign optimization, and support team development while working remotely in EST hours. Key responsibilities Lead paid social strategy across multiple B2B client accounts, translating business goals into actionable plans Oversee complex paid social programs, including budget planning, optimization, and performance tracking Coach and support junior team members while collaborating across departments to enhance paid social integration Required qualifications 5 to 7+ years of paid social experience in an agency environment, with a focus on B2B Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts or complex paid social programs simultaneously Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta, with familiarity in emerging platforms Strong understanding of ABM and B2B demand generation strategies Experience in developing comprehensive paid social strategies beyond campaign execution
