Head of Corporate Development This senior leadership position serves as the primary vehicle for executing the organization's expansion strategy both organically and through an active m\&a strategy. The incumbent hire will partner closely with the Board to help shape the US organic growth strategy and identify, evaluate, and integrate new business units and acquisitions. Qualifications Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions and transaction execution experience. Extensive experience in strategic planning and structured problem-solving. Demonstrated success in operating within complex and globally distributed organizations. Deep commercial acumen and experience engaging with business owners and founders. Ideal Candidate 7-12 years of progressive strategy/operations and closed buy-side m\&a experience An entrepreneurial leader capable of building functions from the ground up. A professional possessing the presence to influence at the board level. A versatile operator who balances high-level strategy with rigorous execution.
