Digital Marketing Specialist

Description Position Summary LX Hausys America is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing growth across North America. This role will focus on executing digital marketing programs, managing digital channels, supporting lead generation initiatives, and optimizing customer engagement across website, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Mission Support business growth by executing high-impact digital marketing programs, generating qualified leads, enhancing brand visibility, and improving customer engagement across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage and maintain company websites, landing pages, and digital content updates. Execute SEO optimization initiatives and support SEM and paid advertising programs. Manage marketing automation activities using Eloqua and CRM platforms. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs. Support product launches, trade shows, and promotional campaigns through digital channels. Manage LinkedIn and other digital communication channels. Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare reports and dashboards. Coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and external agencies. Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives across North America. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-7 years of digital marketing experience. Experience with website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar. Experience working with CRM systems and lead management processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B manufacturing, building materials, architecture, construction, or related industries. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS). Experience working with agencies and vendors. Experience with Power BI or business intelligence reporting tools.
