Allegion does not sponsor employment visas for this role. What You Will Do Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person. Ensures client satisfaction with products and services and resolves escalated issues. Evaluates client needs and proposes potential solutions. Acts as a single point of contact for the client; may coordinate work of client service teams. Identifies and escalates cross-selling or upselling opportunities. May provide client training or basic support. Develops relationships with key decision makers for opportunities to provide our product line in Healthcare, Retail, Government & Commercial properties so that Stanley is procured directly or specified for procurement through other channels. Develops relationships with property managers, hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers and owners. Reviews plans, specifications, details, and job site conditions to formulate competitive quotations that are accurate, manage risk, and support revenue goals. Works in Salesforce bid module to generate quotes and manage the customer base. Collaborates with branch personnel to schedule equipment delivery and installation. Coordinates with the credit department to secure terms and ensure timely payment after job completion. Maintains post-sale customer satisfaction and participates in weekly reports and digital calls. Pre-sells products to architects through planning-stage documents and educates Architects & Specification Writers on the product. Maintains full knowledge of current ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements. Performs other assignments in support of sales operations as requested by Regional Sales & Operations Manager.
