Dishwasher

Dishwasher Position

As a dishwasher at Twin Creeks, you will be working under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager. Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that visit our complex.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment.
• Cleaning appliances and machines.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Sweeping and scrubbing kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• Receiving and putting away deliveries of clean dishes and supplies.
• Following instructions from supervisors and working collaboratively with the kitchen team.
• Great organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety.
• Other kitchen tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves.
• Ability to work in hot and damp environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen to and follow directions.

Working conditions/special physical requirements include:

• Able to move at least 40 pounds.
• Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours.
