Remote Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant

Eaton's Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based in Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US. You will own the end-to-end executive recruitment process, lead searches, scope success profiles, and manage interviews through offer acceptance. Reporting to the Global ETA Director, you will partner across the enterprise to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for internal clients and candidates.
