Part-Time Sales Lead

Summary The Part-Time Sales Lead is responsible for driving retail and event sales while delivering elevated customer experiences. This hybrid, in-person and travel-based role supports the Austin retail location and travels nationally to staff pop-ups, sample sales, and corporate activations. Hours vary with events and the role requires frequent travel (minimum ~60%). Responsibilities Lead the sales cycle from greeting to close and ensure excellent client service at every touchpoint Partner with retail teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs Maintain visual brand standards and present product in an elevated manner Act as a style advisor and product expert for customers Travel to and execute events, pop-ups, sample sales, and in-store activations Collaborate with Events and Retail teams on planning, setup, and servicing of activations Requirements Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including nationally (approximately 60% travel) Comfortable working a hybrid role combining in-person retail and event duties Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and strong interest in eyewear Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, styling skills, and ability to manage multiple clients independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
