We're looking for people at the start of their technical careers, including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans, who have the fundamentals, the drive, and want a structured route into enterprise software work. Are you eligible? You likely are if you have the following: A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar) At least 1 year of technical work experience You'll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#. What a strong fit looks like: Sharp problem-solving and logical reasoning skills Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance Willingness to relocate for client placement Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on SkillStorm's W2 (not a C2C arrangement) Veterans and transitioning service members: Structured training, a clear mission, clearance-eligible work, and relocation support make this model a natural match for how you already operate.
