Job Description

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other therapists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and families effective therapy methods to promote continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
