We’re providing superior acoustical products worldwide! Before you break out your guitars, it’s not that kind of acoustic. As a Production Associate for this fiber-based molding company, you will assist in the production of acoustical fiber insulation for a variety of automotive applications.

- Have reliable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (no THC testing for pre-employment!) and background check
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Have previous manufacturing experience (not required, but preferred!)
We offer our Production Associates:
- A pay rate of $16.50-$18.50/hr, depending on the shift and position
- Full-time opportunities on all shifts
- 10-hour workdays
- The ability to be hired in at 480 hours
- The freedom to dress for your own workday (shorts, sweatpants, and tank tops are a-okay!)
- $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
