Construction Project Manager

$110k base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.

NCW is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a General Contractor in Jacksonville, FL. This position is in charge of overseeing and planning new multi-family development projects in the area, all of the way from preconstruction through project closeout.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an Project Manager role.
• Multifamily experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
• Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
