Preventive Medicine physician needed: Part Time or Full Time (Physician #)

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focused on a person’s overall health and well‑being, identifying potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews, and a physical evaluation within the health plan member’s home. Use pre‑populated patient‑specific forms for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimens. Compensation & Incentives Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier if you hold a Medicaid License or are willing to enroll (with our support). Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for visits where the member qualifies for extra diagnostic or preventive tests. Schedule & Travel Shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term assignments. Pre‑scheduled home visits with health plan members. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Requirements MD or DO. State medical license required. Independent contractor, 1099 status. Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and relevant commercial plans preferred. Willingness to obtain or maintain a Medicaid license, if not already licensed. Benefits Flexible schedule.
