Oracle Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Application Programmer III to join their team. As an Application Programmer III, you will be part of the IT Department supporting enterprise application development and database management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Oracle Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects including PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers

• Optimize SQL queries for performance tuning and query efficiency

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support application releases, code promotions, and change management activities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Experience with Oracle Database (12c/19c or later)

• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development

• Strong SQL performance tuning skills

• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
