What You'll Do

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans)
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform a variety of orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery and safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, physical and occupational therapists
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as part of a full-service orthopedic team
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes

What You Need

• Active Vermont Medical License and certification in orthopedic surgery (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of orthopedic surgical experience
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and teams
