Mission Restoration is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance restoration process.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and customer-focused. This role serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping manage communication, documentation, scheduling, claim updates, and overall customer experience.

Compensation
$45k-$55k annual salary
Full-time position
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners
Answer customer questions and provide project updates
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text communications
Assist with insurance claim and supplement documentation
Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items
Coordinate with production, sales, and insurance teams
Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Help ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional phone and email etiquette
Experience in customer service, office administration, insurance, or construction support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
