Medicaid Fraud Civil Litigator - State Attorney General

Virginia Office of the Attorney General is seeking Virginia-licensed attorneys to join the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit’s Civil Litigation Unit in Richmond to investigate and litigate health care fraud matters under the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act in state and federal courts. The attorney will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with attorneys, investigators, and auditors, handling matters from inception to conclusion and potentially engaging in federal court litigation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Virginia Office of the Attorney General
