Senior Business Analyst
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a leading industrial HVAC equipment reseller. This role will be a key contributor to a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative to modernize systems across sales, inventory, finance, and operations. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting configuration and data migration efforts, and ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions. They will be recommending modules to implement based on business stakeholders needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and process documentation.
- Support configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Lead data mapping and support data migration activities from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping using Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Facilitate workshops to design optimized workflows and drive process improvements.
- Support reporting and analytics using Oracle Fusion tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Develop and execute test plans, including system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create user documentation, deliver training, and support change management efforts.
- Partner with project leadership to track progress, provide status updates, and escalate risks.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements.
