Qualifications We are seeking a technical leader with 10+ years experience in application development for etch, patterning, or a related field. A top candidate will be proficient in driving multiple projects forward in parallel, leading a team of process engineers in developing new processes and capabilities, optimizing resources, communicating strategy effectively across the team, and managing customer engagements. Key Responsibilities Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies, and apply them to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on extremely complex systems for entire range of products for division. Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for an entire range of products for the division. Ensure effective product/technology demonstrations. Manage experimental tests, evaluate results and escalate critical technology issues to management. Determine product process specifications and equipment strengths, weaknesses and areas of developmental opportunity. Lead collaboration efforts with executive managers and junior managers to ensure strategic execution. Lead market share improvement efforts. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families. Business Expertise Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function. Leadership Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources. Problem Solving Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
