Clinical Education Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and deliver educational programs to enhance clinical staff competencies and operational efficiency. Mentor and coach clinical staff, fostering professional growth and adherence to organizational standards. Clinical Education Coordinator Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records systems. Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to lead and mentor staff effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment. Comfortable with technology and innovation to enhance clinical operations and workflows.
