About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Grand Rapids, to join our growing team in retail consumer collections. If you enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment and have an interest in leveraging the latest in technology, the firm could be a good fit for you. We are looking for an independent worker who is self-motivated, professional, with great attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Monitor and resolve reporting issues between the Firm and clients through electronic data interfaces
• Generate and provide reports based upon Firm or clients’ requirements
• Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with colleagues
• Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
• Understand and troubleshoot electronic data exchanges with client
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Problem Solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service
• Strong data processing skills with a proven track record
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Proficient with relevant software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
