Ensure timely and accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of all vehicles. Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service status and repair estimates. Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity. Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of auto repair, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
