About MedCBO MedCBO supports independent medical practices by aligning with corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) principles. Physicians maintain ownership and clinical control, and MedCBO supplies non‑clinical administrative and operational support. Non‑Clinical Services Provided Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support EHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support Supply chain and vendor coordination Opportunity Description MedCBO works with physicians who are: Starting a new private practice Transitioning from employment to ownership Converting an existing practice to a supported model Relocating and establishing a practice in a new market MedCBO supports administrative and operational functions while the physician independently operates the medical practice. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing with physician participation as required Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural).
