Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $382.20

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient urological services in a community hospital setting
• Handle inpatient consults and perform procedures as needed
• Conduct post-op rounding and patient follow-ups
• Manage a typical caseload of approximately 20 patients per day
• Participate in flexible call schedules, including 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain clinical documentation using Epic EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support the hospital s trauma and surgical services as needed

What You Need
Required:

• NY Medical License (in hand)
• Board Certified in Urology
• BLS certification
• Epic EMR experience
• Up-to-date work history with no gaps over 30 days
• Valid malpractice statement if applicable

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient urology
• Flexible availability for call coverage
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
