Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 times/month in Salisbury, NC; otherwise remote within 100 miles)

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end SAP ECP Modernization program across multiple countries
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical decisions to ensure project success
- Direct technical and functional workstreams (payroll, integrations, testing) for seamless team alignment
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP specialists, and external partners
- Oversee program planning, governance structures, executive reporting, and communication to senior leadership
- Coordinate activities across all environments (Sandbox, Development, Test, Production)
- Drive readiness for testing phases, cutover, and go-live activities with confidence and precision
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocations

Required Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated success as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager leading large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs
- Strong experience managing multi-team, multi-country projects with complex technical and business workstreams
- Expertise in SAP environments, with a critical focus on SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Proven ability in program governance, milestone planning, risk assessment, and dependency management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Experience in overseeing integrations, testing, migration/cutover, and go-live activities
- Ability to work effectively with US and European teams across different time zones

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture
- Direct leadership or support experience in ECP modernization projects
- Structured, pragmatic approach to complex program delivery
