Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• State licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist, or the eligibility to obtain.
• 1+ year of recent IR Tech experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Proficient in facilitating interventional radiology procedures independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures.
• Support physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic image-guided interventions.
• Apply sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols throughout procedures.
• Accurately document patient information and procedural details.
• Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
