As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our goal is to help children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care.Your RoleProvide hands-on pediatric therapy focused on gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, and mobilityPTs evaluate patients and develop treatment plans; PTAs implement treatment plans under the supervision of a PTUse play-based, engaging interventions to support progress and participationDocument patient care accurately in Raintree EMRPartner with families and caregivers to support progress at homeCollaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other interdisciplinary team members
