If so, we want to meet you!Silver Seas Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help uphold our resort's cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction standards. In this leadership role, you'll support room attendants and housemen, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.Pay: $18.50/hrWhat You'll Do:Travel to inspect both properties, Surfsider Resort and Silver Seas ResortEnsure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the propertyInspect guest rooms, public spaces, hallways, pool restrooms, and lobby areasVerify room status accuracy and communicate updates to the Front DeskDocument inspection results and submit daily reportsRespond quickly to guest needs, room moves, and cleanliness concernsIdentify room assignments and determine required cleaning levelsReport maintenance issues and follow up to ensure completionMaintain cleanliness of elevators, hallways, vending areas, and guest laundry roomsEnsure linen closets are stocked, organized, and securedSupport special projects, inventories, lost & found, and general housekeeping operationsTrain and mentor room attendants, offering coaching and performance guidanceMaintain key control and follow all safety and security proceduresCommunicate professionally via phone, radio, and in personPerform additional housekeeping and operational tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:At least 1 year of hospitality-related supervisory experienceStrong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferredConfident using TimeshareWare, Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, reliable, and committed to guest satisfactionAble to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysWhy Join Us?Competitive health, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off — including a birthday holidayFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Resort discounts nationwideA supportive team environment where your leadership truly mattersReady to take the next step in your hospitality career?
