Warehouse Clerk

Responsible for keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries. Upkeeping warehouse organization; in addition to organizing skills. Physical strengths required to manage, store and move inventory. Must be able to assist administrator and clerks with running operations smoothly, which include date entry, providing details.

Process orders, accept deliveries, keep warehouse organized, up to date and maintained.

Essential duties:

• Tracks and logs all products inventory; ensure there are no discrepancies or losses.
• Accepts deliveries and stores them accordingly.
• Order and restock active, new and upcoming supplies.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Take clients orders assist with customer service.
• Addresses and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, and damaged items.

Skills and Abilities:

• Processes strong organizational skills.
• SAP (warehouse management software) to monitor inventory and balance accounts.
• Advanced EXCEL experience-skills.
• Experience with Pivot Tablets (necessary)
• Detail oriented - capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective products.
• Maintain physical stamina and strength required to move heavy equipment and product weighing up to 50lbs.
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with other: peers, coworkers, supervisors, team leads, customers, drivers, all people.
• Demonstrate familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions.
• Must be able to pass a forklift written and driving forklift test.
