Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: California Physical Therapist (PT) License; at least 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT; CA driver's license and auto insurance; BLS certification preferred; vaccinations: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines; candidates must upload Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks, applicable certifications with valid expiration dates, and two references obtained within the last year.
