Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our DTC facility in Lima, Ohio. As a Distribution Employee 1 you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.

• Maintain excellent attendance
• Communicate effectively
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Location: Lima, Ohio (OH)

First Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri

Second Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Mon-Fri

Third Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am, Sun-Thurs

Pay: Up to $13.98 per hour
