StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hybrid coverage plus call
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Types of cases: Adults, very few pediatric patients
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record(EMR): Athena & Medhost
Certifications required: American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
License required: Active Michigan license
