Learn more at Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution under the guidance of senior PMs. Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders. Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues as they arise. Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks early and help develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk management plans and ensure timely communication of any changes. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Help in preparing reports and presentations for leadership teams. Process Improvement: Assist senior PMs in identifying areas of improvement in project management processes. Participate in post‑project reviews to highlight lessons learned and improve future project execution. Mentorship & Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to gain knowledge and experience in project management. Work closely with senior PMs to gain hands‑on experience in a mentorship‑driven environment. Basic Qualifications: 4 Year Degree in business or finance Minimum one years of IT experience Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or work experience in project management is a plus Preferred but not required experience with: Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience a major plus Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually . The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
