Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Long Beach, CA 90810

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales within a designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations
• Represent client brands professionally and effectively
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation/Benefits

• Salary Range : $41,600 – $78,000+ annually

Compensation is performance-driven and varies based on individual results, experience, and advancement within the company. Team members typically earn between $800 and $1,500+ per week, with many increasing their earnings through continued training and mentorship. Commissions typically range from $100–$500 per order, and team members average 4–6 orders per week, depending on performance and market conditions.
