Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing urgent care in a busy emergency department within a Level III trauma center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift is from 7P to 7A.

Job Details:

• Location: Farmington, New Mexico
• Shift: 12-hour shifts from 7P to 7A, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Number of Openings: 1
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Certification (TNCC) must be from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN ADN, 2 years of emergency department experience preferred, New Mexico license required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma, stroke, ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), sepsis, moderate sedation
• Additional Information: The department utilizes team nursing and pod systems. A social worker is assigned to the department, and there is a unit educator. Equipment includes Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle and Istat Point-of-Care devices, and ultrasound-guided IV. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used is Cerner.
