Your Role:
- Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
- Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
- Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current Illinois CNA certification
- A caring, reliable team player
- Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
- Graduates from an accredited CNA program
