Sr. Desktop Technician

We are currently seeking a Sr. Desktop Technician to join our team in Fairview, Oregon (US-OR), United States (US). Job Responsibilities Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers. Provides onsite technical support for end users through tickets for issues at the client site. Ensures user satisfaction with IT support experience and owns issue resolution from start to finish. Applies well-rounded knowledge of policies and procedures for the work area. Exceeds routine tasks with discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. Acts as escalation point for less experienced team members and may make policy recommendations to managers. May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions. Updates and resolves tickets in a timely manner to meet Service Levels. Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action. Basic Qualifications Proficient with Windows operating system environment. Solid client service skills. CompTIA A+ desktop certification or equivalent; additional hardware platform certifications may be required. Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. High School Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred. Compensation Pay range: $27/hour – $33.78/hour. The range reflects minimum and maximum target compensation across all US locations and depends on location, experience, technical skills, and qualifications. Incentive compensation may be available based on individual and/or company performance.
