Quick Facts Location: Kennewick, WA 99338 Start Date: 02/02/2026 End Date/Duration: Minimum 3 months (ongoing) Shift: Mon-Thu 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am – 12:00 pm; Call 7:00 am to 7:00 am (1:3 call ratio) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Contract/Locum License/Certs: Active Washington State license or IMLC required Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN care in a busy clinical setting and hospital Conduct rounds for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients (30 mins to 1 hr daily) Manage scheduled and unassigned hospital call coverage (1:3 ratio) Document patient contact and callback hours accurately for auditing purposes Review and update patient records and charts accordingly Collaborate with on-site nursing and hospital staff to ensure quality patient care Participate in physician-supported hospital call (off-site allowed) What You Need Active Washington State medical license or IMLC Clean history and malpractice insurance Proven OB/GYN experience in a clinical or hospital setting Strong documentation and communication skills About the Assignment This position involves providing both outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN services in a well-equipped healthcare facility. The role includes scheduled clinic hours, on-call responsibilities, and hospital rounding, supporting maternal and reproductive health in the Kennewick community.
