Adjunct Faculty, Academic Reading

Adjunct Instructor – College of Education and Social Sciences, Department of Education We are seeking an adjunct instructor to teach daytime courses in academic reading and academic study skills. Responsibilities Model the University mission through dedicated job performance and service excellence. Teach one or more classes in the Department of Education at any Lewis University site and/or online. Hold office hours and meet with faculty members, department chairs, or directors when necessary. Minimum Qualifications Terminal degree preferred; a master’s degree in Reading Education or related area considered. Experience using technologies such as Learning Management Systems (Blackboard) and Data Management Systems. Previous teaching experience required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education teaching.
