Location: Pasco, WA
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$55/hour, based on experience and technician level
Pay Type: Hourly + productivity incentive
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Pasco, WA, for a growing European specialty repair shop. Pay ranges from $30-$55/hour based on experience and technician level, plus a productivity incentive. Enjoy a four-day work week, consistent workflow, and ongoing training in a well-established, family-owned shop.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain primarily European vehicles
Perform heavy-line mechanical repairs and general automotive services
Diagnose and repair engine, steering, suspension, brake, and electrical systems based on experience level
Perform engine removal and replacement as needed
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
Review repair information and parts lists to complete work efficiently
Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
10+ years of professional automotive repair experience for A-Level consideration
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience for B-Level consideration
European vehicle repair experience
Diagnostic experience appropriate to technician level
Heavy-line repair experience
Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
Strong productivity, organization, computer skills, and teamwork
Compensation & Benefits
A-Level: $45-$55/hour, based on experience
B-Level: $30-$45/hour, based on experience
Additional $15/hour productivity incentive on billed hours over 40
