Epic Ambulatory Analyst

University Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst to join our Ambulatory applications team. This position serves as a primary support resource for Epic Ambulatory applications and works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, test, implement, and optimize solutions that support effective workflows and end-user needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary support contact for Epic Ambulatory applications. Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic functionality to support operational and clinical workflows. Partner with end users and stakeholders to identify needs and develop effective system solutions. Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance related to Epic applications. Coordinate and manage complex system projects, upgrades, enhancements, and application-related tasks. Support implementation efforts and ongoing optimization of Epic workflows. Build strong working relationships with clinical, operational, and IT teams throughout University Health. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for the formal education requirement. Epic application analyst experience preferred, but not required . Experience with Epic Ambulatory applications strongly preferred. Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Must successfully pass the Epic pre-assessment as required. Why University Health?
