Patient Meal Services Aide

Encompass Health is seeking a Patient Meal Services Aide to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll prepare and deliver meal trays that meet physician-ordered diets, allergies, and texture modifications, ensuring safe food handling and excellent service. You’ll verify patient identity, assist with menu selections, and promptly collect trays, while maintaining clean work areas and equipment. Working closely with nurses and dietitians in a compassionate, team-oriented environment, you help patients stay nourished and comfortable as they work toward regaining independence.
