We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Lake Oswego, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 1+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable. Responsibilities include:

• Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
• Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience (Required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
