Possession of own steel-toe work bootsCNC Operator Qualifications:Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) according to specifications, ensuring proper tooling, programs, and material handling.Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations, sequences, and dimensional tolerances.Load raw materials and blanks into CNC machines and unload finished or semi-finished parts.Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and adherence to quality standards.Monitor machine performance and operations, detecting malfunctions, material inconsistencies, and tool wear, and making necessary adjustments or notifying supervisors.Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation and longevity of equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.Troubleshoot basic machine issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a manufacturing setting with machinery.Proven experience operating CNC machinery.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
